The useful version of a personal site does not arrive in one upload. It becomes more accurate through maintenance: a project gains its methodology, a machine gets its real configuration, and a note becomes worth keeping after the original conversation has disappeared.
This one is built as an archive first. The interface can be eccentric because the content is kept in plain Markdown and small data files. A card, a page, or a whole experiment can leave without the rest of the place collapsing around it.
The rule for additions is simple: publish enough to be useful, describe the boundary of what is not public, and leave a trace that makes the next change easier.
